Loan Modification Group is comprised of an experienced team of former banking underwriters, financial auditors and debtor's rights attorneys who are trained to identify infractions and violations committed by lenders which originally funded loans during the years of 2002 - 2007. The violations which the company uncovers are in turn utilized as leverage in the negotiation process with lenders, who are increasingly inclined to settle with a loan modification rather than face costly litigation.

The company works closely with real estate litigation attorneys who are well-seasoned in preventing foreclosure at both the land court level and through the regulatory bodies of each respective state where the firm is active. Also part of its suite of services is the arrangement of short-sales and forbearance agreements which are often an equally appealing option for borrowers facing financial difficulty.
